International Order Policy

All Rivarie orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in New Jersey, United States. If you're ordering from outside the U.S., here's what to know before you check out.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local sales taxes charged by your destination country. These charges are set by your local government — not by Rivarie — and are the responsibility of the customer.

The total shown at checkout reflects the cost of your order and shipping only. It does not include any customs duties or import taxes. Any additional fees will be collected by the carrier or your local customs office at the time of delivery.

Because customs policies vary widely by country, we're unable to predict or estimate what these fees will be. If you'd like to know what to expect, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we'll issue a refund for the product cost once the package is back in our possession, minus original shipping costs and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.

Delivery Times

International delivery times vary by destination and can be affected by customs processing, which is outside our control. Please allow extra time for your order to clear customs in your country.
